How the 2-Piece System Works

Unlike the 3-piece model, the 2-piece system combines the fluid reservoir directly with the pump assembly located inside the scrotum:

• Two Inflatable Cylinders: Placed inside the penile shafts to deliver structural support and rigidity.
• Combined Reservoir/Pump Unit: Fitted entirely inside the scrotum, eliminating any need for placement within the abdominal wall.

Operating the pump transfers fluid from the scrotal reservoir into the cylinders to create a firm erection, and deflating the device returns the fluid back into the scrotal unit.
