How the 3-Piece System Works

This design consists of three individual components placed discreetly inside the body during a specialized surgical procedure by Dr. Chirag Gupta:

• Two Cylinders: Implanted surgically inside the erectile chambers (corpora cavernosa) of the penis.
• A Fluid Reservoir: Placed comfortably underneath the abdominal muscles in the pelvic cavity.
• A Pump/Release Valve Unit: Positioned invisibly inside the scrotum for easy manual activation.

Squeezing the scrotal pump moves fluid from the abdominal reservoir into the cylinders to establish a rigid erection. Pressing the release button allows the fluid to flow back into the reservoir, returning the penis to a completely soft, natural state.
